To say this week has kicked me down is an understatement. To say I have been angry and wavering is an understatement. I have failed in trusting the Lord this week. I have argued with HIM, and begged and cried. Deep down in my heart I was hearing "it will be ok, I am providing" I haven't listened, or haven't wanted to.... I know we have a mighty, awesome, LOVING God. Lord forgive me. and brothers and sisters if you will forgive me as well. I will keep climbing that mountain with my eyes on the Lord; and still recognize I will fail from time to time.

"The Lord is clost to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit."
I think many a times we believe this coincides with grief. Of course there are many forms of grief; Loss of a loved one, loss of a relationship, loss of a job, loss of pets, etc. But also the times when we have those "BAD DAYS" don't you think he is close to us then also? I believe he is there EVERYDAY, no matter the circumstance, but when it comes to anything we face, be it difficult or blessings... morePsalms 34:18

I recently have an instance with a friend who is hurt by another; they don't know if it is something to get past. I simply reminded them of casting out those negative thoughts and praying for the peace Christ can grant in order for them to forgive the other and hopefully find forgiveness even if it means to walk away. Simple as that right? Even as much as our desire is to do just what Jesus has commanded. I know, for me at least, that sometimes it it is hard. Some days it seems that people are just there to tear you down, to push those buttons, but guess what? IT'S the ENEMY!!!
