As a lot of us are about to bring this Monday to a close, I came across this photo on the socials, and it got me thinking. A friend of mine is going for a promotion, and the word faith was used.

But what does it mean? Everyone has a basic definition, and depending on their need or desires at the time, it can fluctuate. .

*The object of faith is not the divine offer but the Person of Jesus Christ. Faith in Him is what saves, not just believing His promises or accepting facts about Him..

Good morning, OMSDT Family. I have been praying and talking to my wife about "Purpose." Mine to be exact. No longer being a Police Officer, and my children all becoming adults and needing me less, has left me to redefine my purpose. Well today, I feel God has spoken to me and in a way, has provided me with the reminder I needed. I am so excited to be on this Journey with all of you.

I was just listening to the Daily Mass Reading on the OMSDT- Templar Knights Music page, there was mention of Reconciliation. It brought me to some deep thoughts on the matter. In my job, I see so much plight and the breakdown of the Family Unit. It also brought me to think about a word we often use in my line of work, Restoration.

Engager: What do you think about when you hear the word Reconciliation. I look forward to your responses.

We cannot move calmly and confidently into the future until we make peace with our past.

We will not be forgiven by God unless we forgive those who we think have wronged us, regardless of whether they have repented or reconciled themselves to us. Anger and refusing to forgive are like anchors that hold us back, heavy burdens we carry willingly but needlessly. Anger hurts us more than it does the person we are angry at.
