Just some well intended babbling here...

I was a Boy Scout back in my youth. Some of the best days of my life were in Troop 285, summer camp, hikes, camping, jamborees not to mention the mile swims. I advanced in rank and began taking on leadership roles. We believed in something bigger than us.

I was also an adult leader in the mid 1980 and 90's's. Troop 219 in SC. Attended the National Scout Jamboree in 1989 as a staffer. Great times! Again some of the most memorable days of life wer...  more

OMSDT - Let us all pray for those families affected by the shooting in Minnesota. There is a lot of hurt, anger and sadness and a lot of unanswered questions. May God's grace, mercy and love surround those parents who lost their children.

Words just seem to fail me at these times but we can rest on Romans 8:26

May I enlist the aid of the OMSDT to pray for the wildfires in Montana and of course elsewhere too. The fire fighters have their hands full. I can see the Windy Rock smoke plume from my window. Here is something I would like to share this morning, Romans 8:38/39
