I’d like to first share a passage from Philippians 4:8 that I have found helpful many times and especially recently.
“ 8 Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things. 9 Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me—put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you.”

Secondly I’ll add a quick update on the health of my wife, she came home yesterday evening. She is currently taking medication to help her heartbeat stay rhythmic. In a few weeks when she is stronger they will be inserting a defibrillator/pacemaker in her. They believe she may a genetic defect that causes her heart to misbeat at random times. Why it took it until this point in her life for it to appear is anyone’s guess. It does explain her lifelong issue with random shortness of breath. They are running genetic testing but that takes a while to get back. Please continue to pray for her as she is still recuperating and really can’t do much of anything yet.
