Coins scattered. Tables slammed. A whip in His hands. This wasn't a loss of control - it was righteous anger.
The temple was meant to be a place of prayer and reverence - but the religious leaders had turned worship into a business.
They were exploiting the people and dishonoring God. And Jesus confronted it head-on.
His anger was never petty or selfish.
It was provoked by corruption, spiritual abuse, and anything that blocked people from knowing God.
👉 He overturned tables in the temple, yet sat at the table with sinners.
👉 He rebuked Pharisees, yet restored the broken.
👉 He stood firm against pride, yet welcomed anyone who came in humility.
This is the real Jesus - the One revealed in Scripture.
Not timid. Not tame. But righteous, powerful, and full of truth.
Tender toward the repentant. Uncompromising toward evil.
He’s not here to fit your comfort. He’s here to claim your life.
