The Gospel Is Not “Christ Plus” Anything
If it’s Jesus + anything — water baptism, works, law-keeping, turning from sin, speaking in tongue, being slain in the Spirit — it’s not the gospel.
The true gospel is this: Christ died for our sins…He was buried…and He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures (1 Corinthians 15:3–4 𝐊𝐉𝐁).
That alone makes you right with God. Not Jesus plus your effort — Jesus alone (John 3:16, 5:24, 6:28-9, 40, 47, 14:6; Acts 4:12 & 16:30-31 𝐊𝐉𝐁).
