Psalm 103:2-3~ Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits:Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases;
We serve a great God. He not just characterizes and overcomes sin; he additionally conveys us from the merited punishment for our transgression by pardoning our wrongdoings and purging us of all wickedness. We give thanks to God for the times in our lives when he has provided true healing, which goes beyond simply treating a sick body. True healing, on the other hand, entails forgiving and freeing ourselves from the things that sap our spirits and make our bodies and souls unwell. The only retirement package that includes this "benefit" is God's!
Prayer: I can't thank you enough, Father, for your kindness and grace that have absolved and purified me of my guilt. Help me never to lose the delight of being accepted into your family and having my sins forgiven. I appreciate your saving grace. I give you praise via Jesus. Amen.
