Happy last day of January. This morning's message was about seeing God's blessings, even while you're down. All I could think of was how this winter storm knocked a lot of us down, but He was still present. He placed us at the right place at the right time everyday, blessing us with a new generator because ours was down, getting the last drops of gas from the stations a few times, and presenting us with a new space heater, the last one available. We were without power for 5 days, but at least we were warm.
And the cherry on top was taking a moment to appreciate the beauty of the ice and snow and the way the sun glistened off of it. Even tho it was rough and really high on the "sucks" scale, God provided, and I thanked him with every blessing. Stay warm brothers and sisters.
