It is my distinct pleasure to announce the promotion to the rank of Master Commander to Sir William Ryan. Effective today, MC William will become the Priory leader for the Priory of St. Joan of Arc.
Sir Bill has been active in all aspects of membership in the Order, displaying leadership qualities, with each serving as their Priory's Seneschal after being knighted.
